    Demand for new social infrastructure remains significant. During the period, we created more than 2,320 new school places and 182 new nursing home beds.

Data-driven management

For Hemsö, digitalization means that in our traditional property management, we also take responsibility for ensuring that our properties become a platform for digitalization. Not just for ourselves. But also for our tenants and everyone in the buildings.

We have invested in basic infrastructure to connect, monitor and control our properties remotely. The connected property also provides us with invaluable data that allows us to make better decisions.
